In honor of Mental Health & Wellness Week, the Residential Care Team is hosting a series of events and activities focused on wellness. Events are free and open to all students.

Join us for a free cup of coffee and learn about the support and community available through the Rutgers Alcohol & Other Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Whether you’re in recovery, supporting a friend, or just curious about wellness resources, this is a judgment-free zone.
