SUMMARY:Wellness Through Clay Workshop (Part 2 of 2)
DESCRIPTION:Wellness Through Clay offers Rutgers students\, faculty\, and staff a chance to unwind\, de-stress\, and build meaningful connections through hands-on pottery workshops. Participants join small-group sessions that blend clay creation and glazing to promote relaxation\, creativity\, and social connection. Facilitators guide and support participants working in pairs or groups\, fostering a welcoming\, judgment-free environment. \nOur ceramics workshops take place over two sessions: first you’ll shape and create your piece\, then return for a second session to glaze\, gloss\, and varnish your finished creation. Please plan to participate in both sessions! \n\nPart 1 (handbuilding): 4/17\nPart 2 (glazing): 4/24\n\nLocation:  Harvest Cafe\, in the IFNH building
